A federal court in Illinois has ruled on T-Mobile’s and Inteliquent’s motions to dismiss the class action lawsuit filed against them alleging violations of the FCC’s rural call completion rules. The claims against T-Mobile alleging violations of the Communications Act will move forward, along with the civil conspiracy claim.
